For anyone who’s ever attended a major community event in Culpeper, there’s a good chance they witnessed the creative touch of Tony Rozwadowski.
Through his business, Rozwaduckie Design LLC, he has been shaping the visual identity of some of the most beloved programs, events and organizations in the community for years.
Rozwadowski’s passion for art and design began in childhood, drawing superheroes and crafting sports logo jewelry out of paper and foil. That early creativity led him to the renowned Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned degrees in Illustration and Graphic Design.
His career has taken him from government IT contracting to small design firms, and ultimately, to running his own business — where he gets to combine his love of pop culture with a deep appreciation for branding, illustration and event marketing.

Culpeper County Economic Development is fortunate to have Rozwadowski as a creative partner. His design expertise has been instrumental in bringing programs like the Culpeper Farm Tour, Be A Culpeper Local, and Choose Culpeper Farms to life. His ability to take a vision and turn it into a compelling visual identity has not only strengthened the agency’s outreach but enhanced how these programs connect with the community.
Beyond his work with the county department, Rozwadowski has left a lasting impact on Culpeper’s event scene. He has designed the posters for the Culpeper Air Fest for the past eight years, created branding for CulpeperCon, and contributed to the promotion of events like Culpeper Fiesta, Culpeperpalooza, and the Piedmont Soapbox Derby.
His work with organizations such as the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce and Culpeper Renaissance Inc. showcases his dedication to supporting local businesses and nonprofits.
But for Rozwadowski, design is more than making something look good—it’s about storytelling. His work helps organizations communicate their mission, generate excitement, and build trust with their audience. Whether it’s an event poster that captures the energy of a festival, a logo that defines a brand, or a website that guides visitors with ease, his designs serve a greater purpose.
“The most rewarding part of my work is seeing how my designs bring people together and create lasting memories,” he said.
Rozwaduckie Design LLC is a proud Uncanny sponsor for the third annual CulpeperCon on March 21-22.
“As a comic book geek, it was a no-brainer for me to help tackle the branding and marketing for this relatively new Culpeper event,” Rozwadowski said.
Getting to utilize his illustration skills, he has designed the poster for the past three years. This year, Rozwaduckie Design will be sponsoring the Paint A Superhero Rubber Duck activity. How’s that for a splash of corporate synergy? Attendees can also find him displaying his comic book-inspired art at the newest attraction at CulpeperCon, Artist Alley.
Rozwadowski will be one of the judges for Friday evening’s Cosplay Contest.
CulpeperCon is a free, family-friendly event where everyone can be their most expressive self. For more information, visit culpepercon.org.
