Japanese virtual artist KAF releases new song “Strobe” in collaboration with Zenless Zone Zero

Japanese virtual artist KAF has teamed up with HoYoverse’s hit action RPG Zenless Zone Zero for the high-energy track “Strobe.” Serving as the image song for the character Trigger, the track blends an uptempo rock foundation with sweeping electronic elements, showcasing KAF’s signature emotive vocal style.

The accompanying music video features cinematic scenes centered around Trigger, complementing the song’s intensity with glimpses into the character’s dramatic narrative.

“Strobe” joins a growing collection of character-focused image songs from Zenless Zone Zero, which continues to highlight an eclectic range of artists from Japan and around the world. Previous collaborations include the viral electronic hit “MoeChakkaFire” by issey. KAF’s contribution adds a bold, guitar-driven edge to the series’ sonic universe, appealing to both fans of the game and those drawn to dynamic, genre-blending music.

This release also marks another milestone in KAF’s expanding international career. Recognized as the first virtual artist to headline the iconic Nippon Budokan and sell out arena tours in Japan, KAF will make her U.S. debut on May 17 at Anime Central in Chicago. She’s also scheduled to perform in Indonesia for the first time on June 7 at the I Love Anisong music festival in Jakarta.
