An upcoming seminar can get you the tools you need.
Becki Waugh with ArtsConnect and Jake Jackson with Monster Maker by Night visited Eye on NE Kansas. They’re both facilitators for the Artist INC fellowship.
Artist INC is an eight-week seminar to address business needs of artists. Participants learn about planning, budgeting and marketing with hands-on guidance from industry professionals.
The sessions will run 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays from Sept. 2 to Oct. 21 at ArtsConnect, 909 N. Kansas Ave. The application deadline is extended to 5 p.m. June 16.
