A new art space surrounded by woods in the middle of a farmers market has begun to thrive.
The Lufkin Art Guild has opened up a new venue called The Art Market in a bright pink building on the grounds of the Angelina County Farmers Market. Carol Faviell, president and treasurer of the Lufkin Art Guild, said the market will help people experience local art up close as it motivates area artists to create even more plentifully.
