Perry art gallery selling shirts to fund scholarship for Dan Marburger’s grandchildren
The loss of former Principal Dan Marburger is still fresh in the minds of people in Perry, and the community is stepping up to help his family navigate his loss.Atelier at 1109 in Perry, an art gallery and studio, is taking orders for shirts that say, “Be a Dan.” The shirts can be ordered online here.Net proceeds go into scholarship accounts for Marburger’s grandchildren.Marburger was critically injured Jan. 4 when a student opened fire in a cafeteria shared by middle and high school students before classes began.
