The story behind Keith Urban’s latest collaboration and the country artist opening for The Rolling Stones | Music City Minute

Earlier this year, Lainey Wilson’s tour took her to Australia for the first time. Aussie native, Keith Urban, drove her to the airport. Along the way, Urban answered many questions about his home country and what to expect. “Honestly, I wish I could go home with you,” Urban thoughtfully commented while unloading Lainey’s suitcase, which led to him say, “That’s a good song title. We should do that!” Well, Wilson took him up on that offer and their new collaboration called, “Go Home With You,” will drop May 3.

Speaking of Lainey Wilson, she has a gig lined up with one of the most influential and longest-running bands in modern history, The Rolling Stones! She’ll be opening for the rock legends at Soldier Field in Chicago. Other country acts enlisted as support on the “Hackney Diamonds Tour” include Tyler Childers and The War and Treaty.

I’m Sheena and that’s your Music City Minute.
