ALEXANDRIA — Donnie Brang is the featured performer at the Saturday Art Market on June 8.
Brang is returning for his third year with Saturday Art Market. He is a solo acoustic artist from Central Minnesota and has decades of live performing experience. He performs a wide variety of great songs from yesteryear to today for all ages to enjoy.
Organized by the Alexandria Arts Guild, the Art Market offers the opportunity for locals and visitors to gather at Big Ole Central Park on the north end of Broadway in Alexandria every Saturday this summer.
The Art Market, which is held next to Alexandria’s Farmer’s Market, runs every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on May 25 through August 31. Music will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each Saturday.
Attendees will be able to visit with local artists and shop their offerings. Coffee and food items will be available near the market and there will be live music every weekend.
