The Pelham Art Center will host its second Teen Art Happening on July 27 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the center’s courtyard.
The annual event is organized by the Pelham Art Center Teen Artist Council with the guidance of Teen Engagement Coordinator and Administrator Kass Gray and Gallery and Events Manager Rosa Van Zandt.
The happening will feature an art block party with music, free snacks and arts and crafts, including activity tables like a tie-dye station, said Gray.
Artists from the teen council will be selling their work at a mini art market.
Gray said there will also be a table to sell used art books with the funds going to support the Pelham Art Center’s teen program in the upcoming year.
