Sephora at Stony Point Village

Sephora has leased space in Stony Point Village, as first reported by Richmond BizSense. The beauty retailer will be next to the Dog Crazy pet supply store and Gelati Celesti, and near Trader Joe’s. Thalhimer broker Jim Ashby, who handles leasing at Stony Point Village, confirmed the Sephora lease. An opening date has not been released yet. 3002 Stony Point Road, Suite B sephora.com

Flor’s Latino Market

Flor’s Latino Market took over a retail space in Henrico County formerly occupied by Pope’s Bait & Tackle shop. The market is not open yet, but the lease has been signed. 320 E. Williamsburg Road, Sandston
