Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Domenica Calarco has teased a new business venture after the cancellation of her Sit With Us podcast.
From the infamous episode with MAFS 2024‘s Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams to claiming mindfulness can cure chronic illness, Domenica and Ella Ding‘s problematic podcast has been at the centre of many controversies.
Following her return from a stay in a mental health facility, Domenica announced on August 7 that Sit With Us will end after two years.
“We’ve loved every moment, and ending this chapter is bittersweet. However, we believe it’s the best step forward for both of us,” she penned in the podcast‘s fan group on Facebook.
She added that the pair would embark on “solo projects” and “exploring new opportunities that lie ahead”.
Now, she’s given us a glimpse at what those said “opportunities” are with a very telling Instagram post.
What did Domenica Calarco post on Instagram about her new business venture?
Domenica has been open about how art therapy has helped her amid her mental health struggles in recent months.
In the caption of an Instagram Reel shared on August 18, she said the practice “has been a huge part of [her] healing”.
“During this time I’ve been able to reflect and grow which means NEW and EXCITING things are bubbling away… WATCH THIS SPACE,” she penned.
In the video, Domenica showed off some of her doodles alongside text that read: “Turning my silly little art into something HUGE.”
The 31-year-old further hinted at the project in response to a fan who said the TV bride’s “art on clothing would be fab”.
“Watch this space…” Domenica replied.
Domenica’s “solo project” comes as speculation mounts that she and Ella are on the outs following their podcast collapse.
