GIA continues to create connections

Last week, the GIA Network organised a special day out for committee and some of its new young members.

The gathering provided an opportunity to strengthen newly formed friendships as well as create new ones among the Italo-Australian community.

The day included a lunch followed by go-karting. Between drinks and high-speed racing, the young people bonded via friendly competition.

The GIA Network continues to distinguish itself by its ability to unite the new generations of Italo-Australians.

“Events like this aim to keep the community spirit alive and promote networking among young people, laying the foundation for a strong and cohesive network ready to face future challenges,” said GIA president Domenico Stefanelli.

Stefanelli also confirmed that these events will be held by the association on a monthly basis.

The next GIA Network event is already scheduled and promises to be just as engaging, with the goal of continuing to build a sense of belonging and collaboration among the young Italo-Australian community.
