LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Keeneland’s September yearling sale just became the highest-grossing thoroughbred auction in the world.
Sales reached more than $405 million dollars after Thursday’s tenth session.
The previous record was set during Keeneland’s September sale in 2022.
The September sale has two sessions remaining on Friday and saturday.
Sales on both days start at 10 in the morning.
The auction will also be streamed live on Keeneland’s website
