SocialAI app simulates celebrity status with millions of AI followers who like and reply to your posts on a social network without humans

Recently, I stumbled upon SocialAI on TikTok — a social network where no human users exist. Instead, it simulates the experience of having millions of followers through AI-powered chatbots. SocialAI gives users a taste of online celebrity stardom by generating likes, replies, and interactions from these virtual followers on anything they post.

The app, available for free from the App Store, starts off by asking users to pick three types of followers they want, such as “supporters,” “nerds,” “skeptics,” “fans,” and more, deciding what type of AI chatbots engage with their content. The type of followers you choose determine what type of responses you’ll get from the fictitious followers.

When you start posting, hundreds if not millions of AI chatbots start engaging with you as if you had social media stardom on a real-life app. If you post asking what toppings you should order on your pizza or where you should visit during a trip to New York, you will suddenly get replys from chatbots, who you can then reply to and wait a reply back from.

Users can reply to the bot-generated comments, starting a continuous dialogue as the AI chatbots respond in return.

On the App Store, SocialAI says “SocialAI is your personal AI-powered social network designed just for you.” Users can “Post status updates and get infinite replies from millions of AI followers, experience AI conversations tailored to your mood and thoughts, receive helpful insights and AI-generated support in real-time, and explore a new kind of social engagement where it’s all about you.”
