Twenty years ago Sunday, tech whiz Mark Zuckerberg launched what was then called The Facebook, a social networking site designed for Harvard University students.
It wasn’t the first social media site, but in a few years it would become the standard, reshape public discourse and spawn new sites that would change communications and society in general.
