P-pop girl group BINI continues to go global as it announced a new project with a popular Latin artist.
In an interview with Billboard, Colet expressed the group’s excitement about the upcoming collaboration.
“This is the first time we’re mentioning it. We have a big collaboration coming up soon with a big Latin artist. We are super excited. We admire that person, and we are excited to share it with you all,” said Colet.
BINI member Maloi also explained that this project is part of the group’s plan to introduce Filipino music to Latin audiences.
The news comes as BINI prepares for their first world tour, the “BINIverse World Tour,” later this year. After a successful concert at the Philippine Arena last February, the group shared mixed feelings about performing abroad.
“There’s a lot we’re feeling right now—from excitement to nervousness. We worked hard on this tour, and we are happy with the great turnout at our recent Manila concert,” said Stacey.
“This world tour is a big deal for us. We have been to the States before, and we will have several shows there. It’s both exciting and a bit nerve-wracking because we hope to win the hearts of new fans,” Aiah added.
BINI also released their latest EP, “BINIverse,” on Feb. 28.
