
RIVERWOODS, IL — If you’re looking for unique gifts this holiday season, while also supporting the local arts community, makes sure to check out the Nature-Inspired Holiday Art Market this weekend at the Brushwood Center in Ryerson Woods.
According to organizers, shoppers will find art, handmade gifts, cards, prints, and more from talented local artists, makers and small-scale producers. The market runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, at 21850 N. Riverwoods Road.
An online sale is taking place in advance of the in-person market. It began last Saturday and will run through Dec. 6 at brushwoodcentergallery.org.
“The Nature-Inspired Holiday Art Market is a highlight of the season,” Executive Director Catherine Game said. “The artists and artisans of our community have so much talent to share with us, and the market is a great way to support them and our local arts economy.”
