Local artists/designers Barbara Pierce and CJ Hurley, of Century Arts Design and Fine Art Studio, LLC., are celebrating Barbara’s 20th anniversary of being self-employed.
In 2004, Barbara left the corporate world of apparel design to join her husband, CJ, in his art and design business. At the time, Barbara had spent several years studying design for architecture and doing Continuing Education in Historic Preservation. With Barbara’s commitment to the business, she was able to help CJ grow their national following and adapt the studio to support both of them as full-time self-employed creative professionals.
