A short review for a short but splendid show, lifting the lid on the dark underworld of Fringe marketing. Jacki is immensely personable, the sort of person who makes chaos work.
If you’re bringing your own show, Jacki will teach you to sell out in minutes. If you’re a critic, you’ll learn how performers circumvent our expertise (know your enemy, right?) If you’re a Fringe punter you’ll discover just how much you can rely on audience reviews. Overall you will learn the riches that await the lucky performer who makes it to New York, and rave reviews. That’s just the sh*t you need to know.
Along the way Jacki will make a series of offers at least some in the audience can’t refuse, and cocktails will be distributed. For the best experience, bring along a £1 coin.
Jacki’s show is ordered madness: funny, a touch insane, and without doubt, worth 30 minutes of your Fringe-going day. Oh, and you’ll get a hat, and the chance to meet and speak with a rat. Jacki’s show has it all, if by all you mean chances to lose/invest your money.
That’s all I’ve got, go away to Jacki’s show now. (P.S. Jacki didn’t pay me for this 5-star review, but if I gave it less you wouldn’t be wondering if she did, and where’s the fun in that?)
