After Conor McGregor paid up to €19m for three sites close to where he grew up in Dublin, the mixed martial arts athlete took to social media to declare himself a major property developer.
In November 2021, while “getting gargled” by a pool on holidays, he revealed he had bought a strip of land near the Grand Canal on Davitt Road in Drimnagh, and was planning to develop up to 300 apartments.
