Glastonbury 2025 tickets sell out in 35 minutes

Glastonbury 2025 tickets sold out in just over half an hour when they went on sale on Sunday.

The annual festival attracts approximately 210,000 music fans who flock to Worthy Farm each summer to watch the biggest artists in the world take to the stage.

The 2025 event has seen an increase in prices, rising by £18.50 compared to the 2024 festival to create a price of £373.50, plus a £5 booking fee for tickets.

Despite the steep cost – which can increase to a huge £13,500 for luxury package deals – tickets sold out in just 35 minutes when they went on sale on Sunday.

In a post on X, Glastonbury Festival said, “Tickets for Glastonbury 2025 have now Sold Out. Thanks to everyone who bought one and sorry to those who missed out, on a morning when demand was much higher than supply.”

The organisers added, “There will be a resale of any cancelled or returned tickets in spring 2025.”

While the line-up for the 2025 festival is yet to be revealed, huge A-List performers have been linked to the summer event.

American glam-pop band The Scissor Sisters are one band tipped to take to the stage as they recently announced an unexpected 2025 reunion tour – while Harry Styles, Eminem and Sabrina Carpenter are other names tipped to be taking part.

One band who ruled themselves out, however, are Oasis as the band, who are reuniting for a world tour next year, previously declared, “Despite media speculation, Oasis will not be playing Glastonbury 2025 or any other festivals next year.”
