Indigenous art market returns to Stratford Perth Museum

NEWS RELEASE
STRATFORD PERTH MUSEUM
*************************
A feast for the senses, our Indigenous Art Market & Cultural Celebration returns on Saturday, September 21 from 10 to 4 p.m. With a wide array of products and artisanal skills, there is much to inspire visitors and learn from our local artists and entrepreneurs. These markets are free events for both vendor and visitor. We hope to create a celebratory space and healthy dialogue with a confluence of diverse minds and hearts.

All of our vendors who wish to sing, dance, or play instruments will be welcome to the “open mic” to express their artistic ingenuity at the market.

This is a Truth and Reconciliation project focused on advocating for local business owners and artists with an Indigenous heritage that encourages cross-cultural connections. With that in mind, this market is not exclusively for vendors with an Indigenous Heritage – we welcome everyone. So please join us for some shopping, fun, and food at the Stratford Perth Museum.

Vendor/event inquiries please contact [email protected] or call 1-519-393-5311.
