Kentuck is hosting another art market this Saturday! The art night will take place on August 17 from 9:30am-2pm at Kentuck Art Center‘s Courtyard of Wonders at 503 Main Ave, Northport, AL.
The monthly event is always free to the public and is a chance for the community to come out to see some local art. Local artists use the Kentuck Art Market to display their art and to spread the word.
The family-friendly event will feature artwork, craft activities, and a drum cart.
The local artists for this month are as follow:

- Sue Blackshear
- Angelique Joseph
- Carla Allen
- Daniel Ray Painter
- Candice Wharton
Want to learn how to create your own art? Learn how to make clay art at Kentuck’s Clay Studio between 11am-2pm. With $20, you will receive 2 pounds of clay and glazes to create your artwork.
Drop in workshops are held on Saturdays from 2:30-3:30pm. For those interested in acrylic painting, monotypes, collage, or drawing, this is the class for you.
