DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) -A new public piano program called Keys of Unity has been rolled out by Sound Conservatory to connect the music and art community, local businesses, and residents.
This program will feature professional pianos at local businesses that will
- Give members and guests the opportunity to play a piano at a local business.
- Give businesses an opportunity to program live music or events while they have use of the pianos.
- Spark an interest in music.
- Encourage community members and guests to visit the beautiful downtown businesses.
- Give young artists an opportunity to partake in annual piano painting contests as a way to get involved in the professional art world.
Sound Conservatory, located at 504 17th Street, Moline, will also provide scheduled, free performances at select locations featuring pianists from our the conservatory.

In the first season, three pianos are placed throughout participating downtown Moline businesses for a month at a time, after which the pianos will be relocated to 3 new locations.
