Local tattoo artist puts meaning into International Women’s Month

CONVERSE — In a small town in Grant County, a tattoo shop stands with a sign on the door that welcomes all body types, sexual identities, races and religions. Inside, the walls are covered with a gothic aesthetic and art from the owner.

Victoria Davis, a self-taught tattoo artist, has been creating art since childhood. Today, she owns Dead Doll Tattoo in Converse.
