About One Soul Fine Art and Boudoir
We’re Jill and David Scruggs, wife and husband, besties, foodies, wine-lovers, travelers, fur-parents, and artists with an eye for beauty, allure, and self-confidence. Our relationship was born out of — and fed daily by — our shared love of empowering, evocative photography. Whether you’re celebrating achievements or still journeying toward self-love, we’re here to honor you in the most breathtaking way.
As photographic artists, we prove every day that society’s definitions fall short and leave so many examples of beauty uncelebrated. Fact is, societal measures often miss the subtle and intoxicating allure of feminine poise. How much or little you show is inconsequential. It’s all in the pose. The poise. The messaging.
We’re masters at surfacing those powerful qualities that reside within you right now. And when you see them for yourself, your life begins to change. Magic happens. Through our art, we interpret your beauty in ways that make it palpable to you — in ways that you can see and feel. And own.
Your journey with us begins with an exploratory consultation to acquaint you with our studio, wardrobe options, and printed art options. As we get to know each other, we’ll coalesce around a vision for how you want to spend your session day, the images you envision, and the larger takeaways that you want, as well. We’ll learn what you’re proud of in the mirror and what you’d like help with, and we’ll advise you on wardrobe.
All our sessions take place at our 3,000sf studio in Kennesaw features a dedicated dressing room, massive wardrobe closet, kitchenette, lobby, client meeting space, and 1,800sf of themed sets and portrait backgrounds. We customize the client experience to suit, with a choice of a same-day session and reveal, or separate session and reveal. Each has its advantages.
Finally, as fine art specialists, our mission is to elevate our clients’ sense of self-worth, and we accomplish that in part through the beautifully crafted Italian albums and wall art that we offer for the home. Nothing says “worthy” like a museum-quality framed canvas over the mantel in the living room, or an exquisitely finished Italian-made album on display on the coffee table!
