Join us for Q&A Coffee Session with Masako Konishi, the Chief Merchandising Officer at Forever 21. Masako will share her experiences in DE&I work in fashion and her advocacy for the success of women of color in the retail industry. Prior to Forever 21, she has held leadership roles at a variety of iconic brands, including Victoria’s Secret, Gap, Banana Republic, Fashion Nova, Abercrombie & Fitch, James Perse, and 7 For All Mankind. She is a founding member of VS & Co’s Executive Diversity Council.
