Red Hot Chili Peppers announces summer 2024 tour. Here’s where to get tickets for Florida shows

Despite going around the world the past year, you can’t stop the Red Hot Chili Peppers from performing for their fans.

The rock band is continuing their “Unlimited Love” tour across America next year, heading to two Florida cities in June.

The announcement follows their massive 2022 and 2023 tour runs, which tour producer Live Nation says “the band shows no sign of slowing down.” 

“The Unlimited Love tour continues,” Red Hot Chili Peppers posted on social media. “We’re excited to announce that we’ll (be) back in 2024 with shows in North America!”

Here’s where the band will be perform in Florida next summer and how you can grab tickets as soon as tomorrow morning.

Who are the Red Hot Chili Peppers?

Hailing from California, Red Hot Chili Peppers are an iconic American rock band formed in 1982, currently comprised of vocalist Anthony Kiedis, bassist Michael Peter “Flea” Balzary, drummer Chad Smith, and guitarist John Frusciante.

The RHCP are known for their several well-received albums, including Blood Sugar Sex Magik (1991), Californication (1999), By the Way (2002), and the Grammy-winning Stadium Arcadium (2006).

The band is fresh off the release of two albums in 2022 with the return of Frusciante to the band : “Unlimited Love” and “Return of the Dream Canteen,” which both hit No. 1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart.

Red Hot Chili Peppers in West Palm Beach

Florida fans will get to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers perform on Tuesday, June 18 at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre. It is located at 601-7 Sansburys Way in West Palm Beach.

Red Hot Chili Peppers in Tampa

Is there going to be another presale?

There will be at least three presales for the “Unlimited Love Tour,” starting on Tuesday, Dec. 5

Tickets will be available starting with a Citi presale beginning on Dec. 5. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning at 10 a.m. until Thursday, December 7 at 10 p.m. through the Citi Entertainment program.

An artist presale will begin on Wednesday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. Additional presales will run Thursday, Dec. 7 ahead of the general on-sale beginning on Friday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. at redhotchilipeppers.com.

How much are tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers tour?

Prices for the tour have yet to be announced on Ticketmaster and LiveNation’s website. There is a note on both sites that reads “Availability and pricing are subject to change. Resale ticket prices may exceed face value.”

What can I bring inside the amphitheaters? 

Tampa

 No bag will be allowed in the venue unless it meets these requirements:

  • For Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC bags (clear) they must be no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.
  • For small clutch bags (doesn’t need to be clear), they can be no larger than 6” x 9”.

For a contactless experience, this venue has gone cashless. They will accept credit, debit, or mobile pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The following items are allowed inside of the venue:

  • Blankets
  • Cameras — nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
  • Umbrellas

No outside lawn chairs will be allowed into the building, they will be available for rental for guests on the lawn.

West Palm Beach

 No bag will be allowed in the venue unless it meets these requirements:

  • For Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC bags (clear) they must be no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.
  • For small clutch bags (doesn’t need to be clear), they can be no larger than 6” x 9”.

The following items are allowed to be brought into the venue:

  • Blankets
  • Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
  • Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag
  • Water – up to 1 gallon in a factory-sealed or empty bottle
  • Umbrellas- small/parasol

No outside lawn chairs will be allowed into the building, they will be available for rental for guests on the lawn.

Will there be an opener for the ‘Unlimited Love Tour’?

The band will have support from multiple acts along the tour, such as Kid Cudi, Ice Cube, Ken Carson, Otoboke Beaver, Seun Kuti & Egypt80, Wand and IRONTOM on select dates.

Both Florida shows will have IRONTOM, a Californian indie-rock band, as their opener. Iconic rapper Ice Cube will join Tampa’s show as an opener as well.
