LA CROSSE (WKBT) — The famous Wisconsin-born painter Georgia O’Keeffe once declared: “To create one’s own world, in any of the arts, takes courage.” There will be many worlds, and plenty of courage, on display in downtown La Crosse this weekend.
That’s because the First Friday Downtown Art Walk is being held this Friday from 4 to 7 pm. The event, which takes place each month, displays the work of local and regional artists at businesses all around downtown.
