Stacey Windsor, 37, opened ‘Salt’ on Milford Street on Saturday, May 25, underneath Windsor Financial Services.
An artist herself, Stacey sells her own paintings which she describes as “abstract art” that is “water and nature based.”

For the first two weeks, Stacey will be participating the Salisbury Art Trail, but she will remain open after the trail ends.
As well as her own work, she also stocks prints by “Flotsam Prints” and paintings by “Lauren Marina”.
She is encouraging any makers – a term she uses instead of “artists” – with a similar “eco-minded ethos” to get in touch if they are interested in stocking their own work at Salt.
Stacey said: “Seeing the shop fill with a variety of things makes me excited, and I’m excited to connect people with artists.”
At the rear of the shop, Stacey has a small studio where she plans to run classes, from introductory pottery lessons to life painting.
She added: “I am hoping that it will give people an opportunity to be creative and create a bit of a community of creatives in the area.”
