Slawn x Wingstop Unveil Special Collaboration | News | Clash Magazine Music News, Reviews & Interviews

Wingstop are combining with graphic artist Slawn on a special project.

The Nigerian-born graphic artist came of age in London, informed by the city’s vibrant street art scene. Slawn has always had a passion for music, and some of his very first supporters came from London’s underground rap scene.

With everyone from Skepta and Virgil Abloh through to Jeremy Corbyn giving him co-signs, Slawn has become one of the most prominent young artists in the country. Last year he designed the BRIT Awards statuette, and more recently Slawn designed the FA Cup replica ahead of the final itself.

Now he’s teaming up with Wingstop. The fast emerging chain is beloved of Gen Z and Gen Alpha, growing to operate in 47 locations around the country – ranging from Glasgow and Edinburgh down to Southampton, with a flurry of spots in London, too.

In a new move, Slawn has designed a special, extremely limited edition milkshake cup. Set to become instantly collectable, he’s brought his own style to the project, and the results speak for themselves.

“We are incredibly excited to collaborate with Slawn,” said  Malachy O’Keeffe, Head of Marketing at Wingstop UK. “This collaboration not only brings an exciting new look to our milkshake cups but also highlights our commitment to celebrating creativity and cultural relevance. Slawn’s unique artistic vision aligns perfectly with Wingstop’s innovative spirit, making this partnership a true celebration of flavour and art.”

For his part, Slawn comments: “I’m gassed to work with Wingstop UK on this project. Bringing my art into everyday items like a milkshake cup is a fun way to connect with people. Now everytime you drink one you’ll think of me.”

The Slawn x Wingstop milkshake cup is available at branches now.
