Taking the UGG look from the city streets and sandy beaches to the hiking trails, Los Angeles-based Reese Cooper is reworking the shearling shoes for utilitarian wear. The Ugg Classic Mini and Classic Ultra Mini are now envisioned in a technical, water-resistant fabric in multiple new colors.

“Reese Cooper is a true creative and a natural storyteller. This collection is a perfect fusion of fashion-focused utility and functionality,” UGG president Anne Spangenberg said. “By reimagining our iconic heritage styles through his classic American lens, this exciting collaboration speaks to all types of terrain and activities, including hiking, fly-fishing, beautiful natural environments. The collection allows everyone to engage with the outdoors.”

The Reese Cooper collaboration also features a GORE-TEX lining, making the shoe entirely waterproof. The campaign images were taken by editorial photographer Keith Oshiro in Northern Georgia, and demonstrate the endless ways the shoes can be styled.
