The OUTLOUD Music Festival at WeHo Pride is set to return to West Hollywood from May 30 to June 1, 2025. Early this morning, OUTLOUD announced that early bird tickets were on sale starting at 10:00 a.m. However, according to community members, tickets were sold out in minutes.
On Wednesday, February 19, OUTLOUD posted information encouraging fans to register for pre-sale tickets to get first access before public sales began on Friday at 10:00 a.m. The message seemed to resonate, as early bird tickets disappeared before non-registered patrons pressed the checkout button.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., OUTLOUD confirmed the sellout, stating:
“We are so proud of the overwhelming demand for this year’s Early Bird sale. Thank you for supporting OUTLOUD! For those who missed out, more GA and VIP Pride Passes will be available when we launch the lineup. Stay tuned for the on-sale date and be ready. Early Bird pass quantities were the same as last year, but what took days to sell out in 2024 took minutes this year.”
The festival also emphasized its commitment to fair pricing and ensuring that as many fans as possible have access to tickets.
However, some fans expressed frustration after attempting to purchase tickets, only to find them unavailable almost instantly.
“Kind of shitty that you advertised 10 a.m. as the sale time but started selling tickets before then,” wrote Jake De Leon. “The website apparently went live before 10 a.m.”
@holatoyboy added: “I couldn’t check out at 10 a.m., and by 10:01, it was sold out.”
@mjnalezny shared a similar experience: “I had five in my cart, and by the time I went to checkout at 10:15, they were sold out. Maybe fix the insanely glitchy site.”
Other users, such as @vincexy, questioned the ticket release process: “BS… I had two in my cart at 10:10, and it told me unavailable. How many tickets were actually released?”
@markiemagdaleno urged organizers to reconsider: “Please add more tickets to the pre-sale. I tried to buy them right away, and they were already sold out. I was on the site within minutes.”
According to commenters, early bird tickets were priced at $120.
