Art Market Planned At Frankfort Library

FRANKFORT, IL — The Friends of the Frankfort Library will hold its second winter art market on Jan. 27.

There will be booths of locally-made, handcrafted items from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the library, 21119 S. Pfeiffer Road. The event includes handmade items from local artists, like home goods, jewelry, ceramics, glass, paper and woven items. There will also be paintings, wood creations and accessories.

The group holds two winter markets; the first was held in November.

The Friends of the Library is a nonprofit group that supports the library, and gives over $15,000 in support annually in equipment and programs, according to the library.
